The Builders Clean

- Deep clean of all toilets, basins, and showers to prepare for decorators.
- Dust removal from high-level pipes, light fixtures, sockets, and switches.
- Sweeping and vacuuming of subfloors prior to floor finish installations.
The Sparkle Clean
Final Handover & Polish Phase- Smear-free glass and polished steel/chrome.
- Micro-dust completely removed from all corners.
- Premium visual finish ready for surveyor inspection.
- Buffing all internal glazing and window panes to a brilliant, streak-free polish.
- Microfibre wipe-down of all internal joinery, architraves, and skirtings.
- Chrome and stainless steel fixture polishing (sockets, switches, door handles, taps).
- Vacuuming all carpets with industrial-grade HEPA filters to capture fine plaster dust.
- Damp mopping and machine buffing of hard floor finishes (LVT, vinyl, tile).
- Sanitising and polishing all mirrors, glass partitions, and shower enclosures.
Re-Cleans & Snags
Pre-Occupancy Snagging Phase- Dust from decorators/trades cleaned post-snagging.
- Entryways and corridors refreshed for buyer walk-through.
- Maintained handover standards after defect resolution.
- Spot cleaning paint runs, plaster patches, or dust generated during snagging works.
- Re-sweeping and re-vacuuming hallways, stairs, and main entry zones.
- Wiping down countertops and sanitary fittings that were touched by secondary trades.
