Our website is completely cookie-free and tracker-free. We do not load any tracking cookies, analytical tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta pixels), or third-party marketing scripts in your browser. Because we do not collect personal data via cookies, you will not see a cookie banner on our site.

3. Information We Collect

We only collect information that you actively submit to us via our tender submission form or when contacting our estimating hotline:

  • Contact Details: Your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
  • Project Information: Project location, estimated plot counts or square metre measurements, and cleaning phase requirements.
  • Tender Documents: Architectural drawings, bills of quantities, or cleaning schedules uploaded to our form.
  • Hotline Enquiries: Any notes taken during telephone calls to compile subcontractor quotes.

4. How We Process Your Data

We process your submitted data solely to respond to your request and compile fixed-price subcontractor cleaning proposals.

To ensure data protection and script isolation, our form does not connect directly to any CRM database from your browser. Instead, submissions are routed securely via the Web3Forms API to our internal estimating mailbox. Tender drawings and contact details are used exclusively by our estimating team and are never sold or shared with external third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain project drawings and contact details only as long as necessary to compile your quote and manage the active subcontractor vetting phase. If your bid is unsuccessful or you request removal, your uploaded drawings and associated communications will be permanently deleted from our mail servers.

  • The right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to request rectification of any inaccurate information.
